Rebel Forces for Tyler is a clothing set containing a pair of pants, boots, shirt, cap belts. It also includes the following props, gun for holster, gun for hand, knife for scabbard, knife for hand, holster and scabbard, please check the readme file for instructions. You will need the textures for the SciFi weapons Allen posted earlier, if you don't have them please download the weapons texture zip below, if you already have them then ignore that link.
